Fees & enrolment questions
Can my child join during the term?
Yes. You pay for the weeks remaining in the term. We’ll confirm your child’s first class and the amount before you start.
Are materials included?
Yes. Printed lesson materials, relevant topic tests and past papers are included. There are no separate enrolment, materials or exam fees.
What happens if my child cannot attend?
BEAM’s published policy allows up to two lesson refunds or credits per student per term across all subjects with at least seven days’ notice. Exceptions and provider cancellations are handled under the full policy. Read the full policy.
Does the diagnostic commit us to enrol?
No. The diagnostic is free, and you don’t need to provide card details. We’ll discuss the results and available classes so you can decide whether BEAM is right for your child.
