BEAM
Students work in small groups while a tutor checks the actual working in front of them. The lesson stays close to what they got wrong, what school is assessing, and what needs another pass.
Diagnostic notes, homework and recent school tasks decide what gets checked first.
The tutor watches for skipped steps, repeated errors and the point where the student starts guessing.
Homework follows the lesson: another attempt, a short drill, or a marked response to revise.
Sit in on a class. No payment, no obligation, no card on file.
Your tutor checks the work and notes the topics that need attention first.
The next practice is chosen from what came up in the diagnostic and the lesson.
We keep checking what has improved and what still needs another pass.
The aim is simple: find weak spots early, teach the content properly, then practise under exam conditions.
We use the first lessons to see which topics need the most attention.
Students move through a clear sequence instead of random weekly worksheets.
Practice papers, feedback and exam technique build as the term gets closer to assessments.
A plainer look at the differences families usually notice.

| Tracking | An overall percentage without much detail | ✓ Topic notes that show where marks are being lost |
| Support | Questions answered at the next session, sometimes a week away | ✓ Private support channel for questions between sessions during tutor support windows |
| Diagnostic | A sit-in session with little feedback afterwards | ✓ A real class visit with no payment, no obligation and no card on file |
| Class Size | Large classes where tutors rarely know individual student progress | ✓ Small groups where tutors can check working, spot repeated mistakes, and adjust practice before the next lesson |
BEAM tutors teach the subjects they know well and keep classes small enough to see how students are actually working.
Primary preparation and high school subjects, separated by stage and taught in small groups.
Reading, maths and thinking-skills practice for Year 3-4 students preparing for OC.
Reading, maths, thinking skills and writing for Year 5-6 students preparing for selective.
Topic-by-topic practice from junior foundations to HSC Extension maths.
Work on school texts, assessment tasks and writing that can be marked and revised.

Students can drop a photo of their working and get a reply in their own channel during support windows.
No hidden fees. Start with a diagnostic lesson before enrolment.
Most families use the diagnostic lesson to check level, class fit and schedule before committing to an ongoing enrolment.
The diagnostic lesson helps us check level and class fit before enrolment. The student completes level-appropriate work, then we explain the main topics to watch and the next class option.
Yes. OC and selective prep are separate programs for Years 3-6. They cover reading, mathematical reasoning, thinking skills and writing.
Small-group sessions with checked working, marked patterns and clear practice priorities. The goal is to make the next task clear, not to repeat generic revision.
