Trial Lessons
Your first lesson is always free with no obligation. If you decide BEAM Academy isn't the right fit after your trial, you won't be charged anything.
Refund Eligibility

| Withdrawal with 2+ weeks' notice | Full refund of unused fees |
| Withdrawal with 1-2 weeks' notice | 50% refund of unused fees |
| Withdrawal with less than 1 week's notice | No refund |
| BEAM Academy cancels a class | Full credit or refund for that lesson |
| Student absence (24+ hours' notice) | Make-up lesson offered |
| Student absence (less than 24 hours' notice) | No refund or make-up |
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss your situation:

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Make-Up Lessons
If you notify us at least 24 hours before a scheduled lesson that you cannot attend, we will offer a make-up lesson subject to availability. Make-up lessons must be used within the same term and cannot be accumulated or transferred.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you're unhappy with our tutoring services for any reason, please contact us. We value feedback and will work with you to address any concerns. In cases where we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances (illness, family emergency, relocation), please contact us. We will consider each case individually and may offer more flexible refund terms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
